This exquisite renovated cottage comfortably sleeps 6 and sits 35 feet from the shores of beautiful Kushog Lake on a quiet country road. With shallow entry and tiered steps into the lake, a large fire pit, 2 kayaks, and pet friendly, it’s the perfect cottage for a small to medium-sized family who wants the idyllic cottage experience.

This cottage boasts a fabulous queen Murphy bed in a spacious walkout suite. The suite includes a coffee bar and spa-like 2nd bathroom. This private, cozy space keeps outdoor leisure in mind for those warmer months that offers a large private deck and a spectacular view of the front garden, lake and fire pit.

Upstairs you will find a large kitchen, sunken living room overlooking the front deck and lake. Satellite TV (upstairs and down) and two bedrooms with double beds. The cottage has Wi-Fi, overhead fans in 4 rooms, portable fan in 1, lots of deck furniture, including Adirondack chairs, lovely gardens, a woodpile, propane BBQ, in-floor heating, movies and games for the kids. A full kitchen with all the
fixings. Comfortably parks 6 cars and a trailer if required.

There’s a marina and boat launch on the lake and we’re only 20 minutes from both the town of Minden and the town of Haliburton and 2 1/2 hours from Toronto.
